At CURIO at Faena Bazaar, we strive to ensure your luxury fashion selections exceed expectations; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of receipt.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all protective dust bags and authenticity cards are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided in your approval email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
